At Busy Blue Bus Tours the Tour Manager is the key point of contact for tour customers, suppliers and Tour Guides. In this growing business, responsibilities include management of tour information in distribution channels, tour bookings, scheduling of Tour Guide Drivers and vehicles, client liaison, and management of information to accounts. Work from home a possibility after training. Tell us if you're keen to be a Tour Guide too. Tasks include:
TOUR MANAGEMENT
Develop and maintain procedures for tour bookings
Check tour bookings daily
Create purchase orders
Contact suppliers
Advise drivers
Allocate vehicles
Prepare documentation for tour departure
Capture customer feedback and reviews
Encourage and make sales of products
Itinerary planning & quoting
Convert quotes to tour departures
Manage booking platform connection to accounting package XERO
BUSINESS SUPPORT
Identify and develop Busy Blue Bus Tours unique selling propositions
Place Busy Blue Bus Tours' collateral in strong POS positions throughout the region
Contribute intelligence to aid management in product pricing, budgeting and strategic planning
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
CLIENT SERVICES
Present a confident, professional can-do attitude with customers
Know the Busy Blue Bus Tours' product
Provide excellent customer service throughout the value chain
Manage phone and email communications
